I’m sorry to hear this, losing progress after reinstalling can feel really discouraging, especially when you’ve already reached such high levels.
Normally, your progress should sync back automatically if your game was connected to Facebook or a King account. Since you’re now showing a much lower level, it sounds like your old progress may not have synced properly.
To fix this, please reach out to Player Support so they can restore your levels:
Make sure to share your Game ID (here’s how to find it: Find my User ID) and tell them the level you were on (5,491). That will help them get you back to the right place.
