chocolate box silver

I am having a issue with the silver chocolate box it will not activate, I pass the 2 before but as soon as i get to the silver one it stops, I then have to wait 3 days till the timer runs out . I have cleaned my cache restarted my computer I have asked support with NO help. I am not new to the game I have played every day since 2012 I am on level 18605 so i know how the game works. I send out live daily. Any help would be appreciated I am using windows 11on facebook someone got back to me I responded back and that was it please fix my silver box i am missing my rewards from it. It has been 3 weeks

Yes i can collect from old levels with out wining the level for the silver box that is what does not make since

Each one of the four Chocolate Boxes is set up differently. The first box counts everything. The second (Bronze) box counts old levels that you win. And apparently the Bronze Box counts new level failures, if I understood right. The Silver and Gold boxes count old levels for certain tasks but not the others. This is very confusing and I agree that it doesn't make much sense, but it's the way it works now.

so I did NOT pass the levels for the other 2 chocolate boxes before the silver box And when i played the old levels I did not pass those and still it added to the box This does not make since at all So it adds in old levels but not new ??

You didn't answer if you are winning new levels, so I'm not sure what's going on in your game @Maria__Bailey . Filling the box while failing a new level you are stuck on doesn't work anymore since the change of the Chocolate Box. You need to WIN new levels. Occasionally, you are given a box in which all four tasks can be done on old levels, and this way you can get some gold without having to pass new levels. If you are stuck and don't want to play old levels, you won't get any gold from the Chocolate Box.

Just to clarify, are you playing old or new levels to fill the box @Maria__Bailey ? The Chocolate Box has been changed recently, so you can no longer use old levels to collect colors for the Silver and Gold boxes. Or is your box stuck with a 0/0 counter? A screenshot would be helpful.

Please clarify a little more. Are you unable to progress on tasks at all, or is it simply refusing to give you rewards after you completed tasks in the silver box? Can you also reroll tasks?

Pins are missing
i was well on my way to completing the pins but the app restarted and now them pins tab is no longer available
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
I lost win streak because add stuck.Can you help me to recover that?I had 3000+ win streak.
