I'm playing candy crush today and while I passed a level then in the map page it get stuck. All animations is ok. But I couldn't do anything. While I close the app and run it again it works. But after completing another level same things happening.
Mine fixed for 12 hours and it'd getting stuck again. I don't know what changed
Update: The problem fixed. It's working fine now.
Maybe its a game bug.
Android. I'm using Samsung Galaxy S10. I cleaned cache also restart my phone. Nothing works.
I'm experiencing the same thing since yesterday and have cleared my cache multiple times. Updated the app as well but it keeps happening on my mobile

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
