Screen froze for 3 days now on chocolate box. Refreshed app . No result. Can't the geniuses at Candy crush figure this out?
I have the same issue, chocolate box comes up, with 0/0 required to win chocolate and no way to close it or return to game. Just frozen. I’ve restarted the app, restarted my phone. Only option left is removing app and reinstalling, but scared I’ll lose my progress. Very frustrating

I am sorry to hear about the glitch you are experiencing in your game with the Chocolate Box!
If you have tried restarting the App, clearing the Cache etc., and still facing the issue, the only step that is left for you is to contact King Player Support team and report the issue!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
