This is an example of the notice I get when I try to request a life & give a life. After this pops up all I can do is exit the game then re-enter. Also it appears to only happen when I'm on my "smartphone". The device I use mostly. It's irritating and time consuming when I have to jump onto my laptop if its even available. It would help if you could post an image of your own player card, the one you see on your smartphone when you click on your own avatar. I'm sure there must be an easy fix to this.
Bart is a team member I just used his profile as an example. No no name change going on. It only happen on my smartphone. Doesn't do it when I use my laptop. I can't close team member profile. To go on to next team member I have to close game & come back in.
So screw it. When I request & send lives I'll just use my laptop. Most important thing is everyone getting lives. Right?

Just double-checking, are you trying to change your in-game name from “Bart” to “Pizzaboi” and running into that error message?
If so, the system might be blocking the name because of how the filters are set up but let us know exactly what you're trying to update and we’ll do our best to help 😊

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
