I accidentally deleted the candy crush app from my ipad, and i logged in again with my fb account. But all the boosters were gone T_T
can anyone help out or fix this?
Hi @songmanseh and welcome to our adorable Community ๐ The boosters we collect are stored on our device's memory. This way we can reach them even if we are offline. Unfortunately, this means we reinstall the game or change the device we will lose all our boosters. Therefore, we do not recommend storing a lot of boosters, it's better if we just use them while we play.

sorry for your booster's loss. please remember. for i-pad or android booster's directly saved to device memory. its can't sync with server. you can use these booster's when you offline or flight mode.
any type game crashing, freezing or uninstalling you can lose them and these not returnable.๐ช

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingโฆ
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
Is anyone elseโs games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone. update. Still having the same problem. My internet and my iphone 17 pro have notโฆ
