Ive lost my progress

Hi, I tried to sync my iPad today with my iPhone. My iPhone had reached over lvl 600 and my iPad lvl66.

i saved my iPhone progress to a king account. Then I logged in with my iPad. It would not sync my progress across. I deleted both devices, reinstalled on iPhone and logged back in. It has reset my iPhone to lvl66 now. So I have lost all progress. Please help

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

To Sync iPhone and iPad Try with the following on both devices:

-Make sure the app is up to date

-Log out from your King or Facebook account in the game

-Force close the game app

-Restart the device

-Open the game and log in back to your Facebook or King account

If you lose progress dont worry because your game saved in King account . what you do is email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.
