I have seen all of my friends watch ads in their game when they are out of moves to clear the level but I don't receive any ad in my game, I've already checked all the settings, kindly help me I am badly stuck on a level.

Players who never spend any real money on the game may get ads added to their accounts at random. Make sure you never spend any money on any in app purchases. Anyone who does will never see ads. Others may or may not get them, but there is nothing you can do to hurry this along or request it.
