I understand that you are reporting an issue related to a purchase. We are not able to resolve issues related to purchases in this Community. Such issues can only be resolved by King's Player Support team. However, we have an article that can guide you to the appropriate Support team that can help you resolve your issue. Alternatively, there are articles in our Help Center regarding "My Purchases" that are specific to various devices. Please tap 👉HERE👈 to be redirected to that section in our Help Center. Select the tab appropriate for your device and then scroll to an applicable topic.
FYI — it is best to post issues in our Support section for greater visibility. They can get "lost" when replying to an unrelated topic.

So, I’ve finally jumped in to take a closer look, and thanks for the screenshots and details you’ve shared so far, they’re really helpful.
To tackle this one bit at a time: Let’s start with the issue of not being able to post a new discussion. You mentioned that everything gets saved as a draft, and I saw the screenshot you shared here. Based on what I’m seeing, it looks like we might be missing the top section of the post, the part that shows the Category and Post Type dropdowns.
Could you please send us another screenshot where we can see the top of that post form too? We just want to check whether the right values are selected as sometimes on mobile, it’s easy to miss that part and it can cause weird bugs like this.
As for the notification issue, I’m tagging you here to test if the email tagging works. If you get this tag in your inbox, then hopefully that means things are back to normal. If not, we’ll dig further and see what else might be blocking it.

@Charleyfarley, In the "Notification preferences" section of your profile, please select most, if not all, options in the first column (headed by the bell icon). This should enable you to receive tags in the Community. Mine are working.
@MountainMom I assumed Automated Community emails were the emails you receive when you tag someone - maybe not. So which setting relates to tagged emails ? Not much point in me checking your settings as you don’t receive them.
@Charleyfarley, I do not know what automated emails are in this Community. I have NOT turned it on. Instead I have only selected notifications in the column headed by the "bell" icon. Did you see my screenshot of some of the notification preferences I have selected? They are indicated with a green checkmark — all are in the first column headed by the bell; none in the second column headed by the envelope.
@MountainMom ty - yes I found my setting and it was already set on.
So there must be another reason why I’m not receiving automated community emails.

My device is an iPhone 7 Plus iOS 15.8.5
The posting issue has only started recently.

Thanks For responding @Charleyfarley. My final suggestion is to copy your content and paste it into a "new" discussion and see if you can post it. If you can't post the new discussion, delete your old draft while you still have the content copied, and try again. If this doesn't work, repeat our standard troubleshooting steps. I will share this new issue with @QueenB. She will be back soon and will appreciate knowing your type of device and platform.

I don’t think you can leave ‘category’ blank and the only options are ‘discussions’ (default), ‘off-topic’ and ‘level help and tips’. I left it as ‘discussion’ because the other two didn’t seem appropriate.
I have been using the same device to play for the last 5 years so unlikely that this is the problem.
Possibly unrelated but I’m not receiving the tag emails either.

King's development team is aware that players are unhappy with events, such as the Star Tournament that require "new levels" only. Unfortunately, this is unlikely to change in the near future. Community managers continue to monitor this feedback from players and share it with King's development team.
Regarding the "draft" function in this Community, I share your frustration. I assume you have already tried our standard troubleshooting steps to ensure the issue is not related to your device. Did you notice the new drop-down menus near the top of your new discussion? Were all fields prepopulated?…or was the "Category" field empty, thereby requiring you to select the "Discussion" category? Were you in the CCS game forum when you retrieved your draft?
The "draft" issues might be an intended consequence of ongoing efforts to improve the new layout. You can be assured that our Community Managers will work with this site's development team to resolve all issues with the "draft" functionality, but theys might not be resolved during the weekend.
