Gold bar

I lost almost 400 gold bars not knowing the reason. How may I know what was the reason or was there any system fault or something?

you have another bad ad issue like last time. It’s an ad for a beach resort think. But it definitely has something about beaches. Please look into it and fix this please. I’m loosing out and using gold bars and all my game helpers just to loose because of a bad advertisement.

Could you please try the following to force a clean sync:

• Log out of the game
• Close the game completely
• Restart your device
• Open the game again and connect it using the same login method you originally used to back up your progress (Facebook, King account, or the correct email)
• Stay connected to the internet and leave the game open on the map for a few minutes so it can sync

If you previously played on another account or email, make sure you’re signing in with that exact one, as logging into a different account can load a new game save.

If the gold bars still don’t appear, Please email Player Support Team so they can take a look in your game.You can also email them from here:
