Yes I can access on my s25 ultra with same network and no issue . I see the shop and account can be link with Facebook and king email . On old phone show offline . My ID is 7368135935
@farzad_sh, do you have access to a different device? If so, can you try logging in on that other device?
Also, please provide your Game ID (if you can get to it) and a description of the device on which you play.
Can you try a different browser or opening up an incognito page?

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
