I have been stuck all week. None of the players I compete with are moving either
Some levels can no longer be beaten without buying extra moves, typically some of the end of episode Meltdown levels. There is no longer a "lucky board" that will help players pass if they make dozens or even hundreds of attempts.
The others appear to have stopped moving because you are stuck in your game. They are selected by King to reflect your progress and to give you a chance to get onto the podium and win prizes in case you do decide to pay to progress.
What do you suspect is happening!

perhaps it does have a bug. It’s frustrating that I’ve played over 100 games and have not cleared one game since two weeks. I may just stop playing altogether.
I agree. I usually wait for night so I can use my night Internet connection to play those ads so I can have a chance to progress. Imagine, I wait until it's 12 midnight because I cannot use my day Internet connection. The ads consume a lot of data💀
