I transferred my app to a new phone. I logged in to my acvount and my progress has been saved but all my boosters have disappeared
You will have to go back to using your old device @jaxlouise if you want to use your boosters saved on that device. King will not move them to your new device.
You can still play on your new device and then use the boosters on your old device to complete levels that you get stuck on as a way of using up all the boosters stored on your old device. Just try not to obtain any new boosters or gold on your old device as you play.
this is very annoying. i had over 100 UFO boosters and 80 party boosters plus thousands of other boosters. Can KING trace the boosters and reinstate them to my account? or do i just go back to playing on my old phone
You can't transfer booster between mobile devices unfortunately as they're stored client side there. But on Windows, all non-timed boosters are stored server-side meaning you can transfer them between Windows devices.
The boosters you used to have in your game @jaxlouise are not transferred when you move your game to a new device.
There is nothing you can do about this as it is part of the game's design.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
