Quick update on this, the team has identified the issue that was preventing the option to buy extra moves (or watch ads) from appearing at the end of a level.
This should now be fixed â
Please fully close and restart your game, then try again and let me know if the option is back for you.
If youâre still only seeing âRetryâ after restarting, drop a comment and let me know which device youâre playing on so I can follow up.

We have been looking at this issue in your account and found that a purchase for extra moves was made today, can you confirm if the issue has been fixed for you or did something different happened today?

To help us investigate further, could you please send us a screenshot where the Retry/Try Again button appears? Thatâs the screen where the purchase option is supposed to show up.

when I fail a level there is no option to continue by paying the gold bars?
