In Candy Crush Saga, the additional moves offered based on advertisements are not are not working. Can you please find the reason for this?”
Usually when this happens the reason is that players recently made a purchase with real money. Is this the case for you?
There are other reasons. King sometimes remove ads from accounts of players who zoom through many episodes with no problems or who have come to rely on the ads feature in their games to pass levels. King do this to test out if removing ads will persuade these players to spend real money. In that case if you spend no money your ads will probably return after a while.
