Help with Dynamic duo

Some time ago I put him in change of compi in the dynamic duo and until today he has not appeared to me again, he stays locked searching but he does not give me another compi.

    Do you remember when this issue started?  Are you playing on a PC or a Mobile device?  If you are playing on a Mobile device, can you please provide a Screen shot?  According to your response, if it needed to be elevated to the King Team, I can inform them.
