I've been trying to reset my account password, but email never reached my mailbox. Please help look into this.
Spam box also not there.

Just to check, you've checked your Spam folder as well right? It can sometimes be there…
Also, have you reached out to Player Support yet?
My game had issues so I reinstalled, when I tried logging using the password I set, cannot login, and cannot reset.
Tried all the ways, checking my mailboxes, nothing came up.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble resetting your password.
Just to better understand what’s happening, are you trying to reset the password for your King account, and have you already contacted Player Support from inside the game about this?
You can contact them by going to:
Settings cogwheel → Account & Help → Help Center → choose a topic → scroll down → Contact Us
Also, did something happen to your game progress recently, such as your game starting again from level 1 or showing the wrong level?
If you can share a little more about what happened, we can guide you in the right direction.
