Welcome @Tinki to our amazing community! Did you recently uninstall and reinstall the game, or transfer your data to a different device? If so, then by doing so means that the boosters you accumulated prior to reinstalling the game, or on the device you were using before transferring to a different device, will not be visible. So unfortunately, there is no way to replace lost boosters. For this reason, it is not recommended that you store up boosters, but rather, use them fairly quickly after first acquiring them. However, please let me know if you purchased any of these, and if so, how many and which boosters specifically, as I may be able to report this to a CM for compensation.1

Hi Joseph45,Thanks for your comments but I didn't reinstall or moved Candy Crush to another device. They just disappeared, most likely with a simple update of Candy Crush on my device. That happened already before.0

Unfortunately, King cannot reimburse you for rewards that you won. But if they are purchased boosters please let me know so that I can offer you further direction.
Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason, we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
