I've tried everything support told me to but my candy crush saga game won't load

I'm on level 3800 or so (I can't remember) and my game just stopped opening.  It gets to the blue screen where it says loading then it just goes back to my apple screen.  I'm not on facebook candy crush and I don't want to delete the app and redownload to lose my spot at around 3800.  The game is up to date and so is my system.  Please help.

    Hi @Dxgenie and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 If your game is connected to Facebook or King account you can reinstall the game as this way your progress will be saved. But please note that if you reinstall the game all the boosters you collected will be lost as they are saved on our device's memory.

    There may be problem for not updating the device. Update device software If there is a software glitch, you can get rid of it by installing the latest software version. A new version will improve the overall performance of your device and its security and it will also bring bug fixes. If you didn’t enable automatic updates on your device, you can see if there is an update manually
    Touch Settings.
    Scroll to and touch General.
    Touch Software Update.
    If an update is available, touch Download and Install.
    Read the terms and conditions and touch Agree.
    Touch Agree.
    Wait for the update to download.
    Your Apple iPhone will restart to complete the update.

    I've done all of this and it still is only showing candy crush saga loading (blue screen) still

    The app shows still loading still and then crashes.  I can't even see the screen of the levels.  I really don't want to lose my spot.

    Hi there! Welcome to the Community!

    You said Apple but didn't specifically mention which device you are currently using. It is an iPhone, an iPad or an Apple Computer? Just to make sure that you are not experiencing the Blue Screen of Death, is Candy Crush the only App that is not loading and giving you the Blue Screen?

    Apple Iphone 6S.  It's the only app not working.  It gets to Candy Crush Saga Blue Screen and says loading... and then it just crashes.
