Don't have access to kingdom

Hi,
I am facing this issues since so months I can't login in candy crush it gives me the error of don't have access to kingdom, I uninstall and reinstall and it works for excatly 24 hours then log out automatically and doesn't give me access.i have even sent an email to help desk without a reply . I have stopped playing the game as I don't know what to do.
Please help

If you change the password of Facebook or Kingdom, Without log out the game, Then this problem will occur.
Now clear or reset the app data & connect again.
Give me feedback after doing this.
