Be sure that you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Crashing/freezing). Once you fill it in you will receive an automated email message which you need to reply to in order for the team to reach you. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.

Hi @marlles and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 The boosters we collect are stored on our device's memory. This means that we can reach them even if we are offline. Unfortunately, this also means that we are going to lose all the boosters if we change the device or reinstall the game. Therefore, we don't recommend collecting a lot of boosters, it's better if you use them while playing. Here are some tips on safeguarding your boosters.
@marlles Were your boosters earned or purchased? I know how it feels, it happened to me some time ago when I wasn't aware of this. It's really useful to know it in the future.
