King accounts can’t be deleted. I found that out when I started a second account. If you are playing on Facebook and never log in with the Kingdom syncing shouldn’t matter. Syncing is only needed if you play on different platforms like Facebook on a computer and then playing on mobile. You always want your progress to follow you. That is all that syncing does.

My one Kingdom account is dormant because I don’t sign into that account. It can’t be deleted.

Thanks for tagging me @bearwithme. @knggccnt, as far as I know you can't unsync a Facebook account if it has already been synced with the Kingdom. What is the goal that you are looking for? Is it progress? Starting off fresh? If you can get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

Then, once you have the number, you can complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account but you need to tell them exactly what you want done. They can't unsync but if you give them details then will most probably have a suggestion fo help you. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it.

@knggccnt - as far as I am aware - you are either playing via your king.com account or your Facebook account. I don't believe you can play thru both of them at the same time on the same platform/ However I am tagging one of our most experienced Superstars, @Elsa, to see what she says.
