hello to someone from candy crush saga that is not a robot. For more than three years I have been playing on the online platform in the computer and as millions of users I do not have nor will I have Facebook. Can they inform us when they are going to solve the problem of receiving and sending lives?

    Hi, thanks for the welcome. yes. I have been playing at king.com since it started and like thousands of others I can not receive or send lives. What happened to the game?

    also look at the page the thousands of comments from people who are the same and if there are robots because I have sent many emails to king contacts and always respond to all the same. but because that happens

    @juana29 As you noticed, there are currently issues with the game on king.com. The studio is aware of it, they are working very hard to fix it. Can't tell you exactly when it will be done, but it's certainly one of the priorities. Thank you for your understanding.

    @juana29 Here is the explanation that might come handy for the future. Once you fill in the support form hereΒ https://soporto.king.com/contact you will receive an automated email message which you need to reply to in order for the team to reach you. If you don't answer that message they won't reach you. I hope this clarifies your doubts.Β
