I have not been able to send friends extra moves

For the past 3 weeks, I have not been able to send friends extra moves, the option comes up and I select it, but nothing happens. I can send extra lives, but not extra moves. As well, I am no longer receiving any extra lives from others and I used to get several every day. When I select "progress", nothing happens. I am playing on my laptop through King.com. Is there a way to refresh?

Hello, @joey103! There is currently a problem with sending and receiving lives on King.com. Unfortunately, this has not been fixed, but we're hoping it won't take much longer to fix it!

The issue with sending out request at king.com has not been resolved yet

I realize it's a frustrating issue and I try to get a word out the minute I know when the fix has been found.
