what good is having a booster for an hour when you only have a few lives left?

since the way we now get boosters has changed, the game has become less fun. Timing the boosters is ridiculous. If I get a booster for an hour, and I have four games left, I can’t get full use of the booster, to use when I need it.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
