Candy Crush Saga 1027 missing ingredients and can't finish level

Hello I’m having the same problem and like the other post I’m loosing out on 6 hours of donut time and 4 hours of candy time was wondering when the problem will be fixed1

Played 1027 many times & the third hazelnut has never appeared
,not at the start & certainly not at the end, must be a bug
, it’s super frustrating2 -
