    Hi there, @fbavy.

    This has happened to me before, King has clarified to me that they do not process payments, this is actually by the provider on the device used, as an example:

    • Android (GooglePlay): If you have an android phone or tablet, they can use the GPA number to allocate your account, the GPA purchase order number which looks something like this example: GPA.1339-2368-0435-75847.
      If you can't find the email then you can also check your Google Play transactions here: https://pay.google.com/.

    • IOS (iTunes App Store): If you have an iPhone, iPad or Macbook in which you use and made the purchase, you can learn how to request a refund here: Apple Support. ( Commonly is not Candy Crush or King Games but any game that has in-app purchases, the developers or support can't provide you with a refund as Apple insists to be the only ones handling their payment system).

    Either one or the other, King Support is most likely willing to provide you with in-game compensation if the items were not received, try to directly contact them:

    • Open Candy Crush Saga.
    • Tap on the Pink Gearwheel in the bottom left corner.
    • Tap on the Green wheel button to open the "Settings " menu.
    • Scroll down until you find a yellow ? symbol "Help Center"
    • Select any topic, E.g ''purchases'', at the end of the menu you will find a green button "Contact us" . Tap on it.
    • Make sure that the correct email address is populated.
