Why is level 4764 suddenly saying no more target orders available?

I played level 4764 all day yesterday and never had this problem. Today for some reason every time I play it I get oops no more target orders available

    Hi guys, 

    The level 4764 has been reported but in the meantime try using the Frog only for the keys and for Waffles with less than 3 layers. Thanks for your patience!

    Level 1

    Having same problem, water several lives and boosters now. Keeps saying"not enough order targets available" when there are still well over 100 available. Please advise.

    First you check the game up update here . Current version 1.155.0.3
    Then clear the app cache data. Clearing cached data can free up needed space by removing temporary files. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again.
    Tap Storage and then Clear cache
    To clear the cache for the app:
    Open your device's Settings app Settings app.
    Tap Apps & notifications.
    Tap the app. If you don't see it, first tap See all apps or App info.
    .
    When it's done, Log out game > Restart your device > Open game & Log in > Check & Let me know...

    I'll check the level right now. If there is a glitch I will definitely report it to the studio. You may have to wait at least 24 hours. We apologize for this problem.

    Thank you. I did at least manage to beat the level by using my iPad, but I rarely play on that device so hopefully the Galaxy issue gets resolved. Thanks again.
