I'm also not receiving any lives from friends at all. They are not getting lives that i send them either. I play on a laptop through facebook. Have shut down and reentered with no change with this problem. It's bad enough that all i get for sugar drops are worthless timed boosters but now you are taking away the lives from friends also. Please fix both.

I switched to a new phone..added my game.everything transferred but I am not getting lives from my friends

been playing this game for years.... I’ve always had lots of lives from friends. I’d built up over 1,000 lives. They’ve all gone in a matter of months.... lots of them ended up being rejected/not accepted. And now I’m rarely getting them. And when I do get a few... over half of them don’t work. When you accept a request, it puts the green tick... but then it doesn’t give you the life. This has been going on for quite a few months... and now am luckily to get a couple a day. I can see other people having the same problem. Is anything being worked on to correct this? Is their a fault with the game?0

I am also having the same issue both on my laptop using chrome and on my cell phone using chrome.
