Should I address my email to a particular person? They are not addressing the problem. My level is still at 332 and should be 789. Who can fix this? I've received 3 emails asking how support did in addressing the problem so I know they are getting my requests to fix the problem. I have been very clear in stating the problem and include my ID #. I don't get it and I would like to play my game again. Is there a phone # I can call? Can you please help me? Thanks,
