    Hi Sukanta
    I have contacted customer care twice following your exact instructions including my ID number. The first response directed me to the community and the second involved Facebook.which was never mentioned in my email. Now what. Are they ignoring me and this issue. Please help me.

    It's been several days now and there is still no response to my request to correct my level to 789. I have responded to their emails and have included my ID # 9965510068 each time but have not received a response that addresses my problem. Please help.

    If you are selecting "Problems with game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic on the contact form you shouldn't receive incorrect responses.

    Can you make sure you're choosing these options when you're contacting the team?

    My current problem with game is my progress is not correct. I was instructed by Sukanta to uninstall and reinstall the game because multiple functions were not working. After doing this, game functionality was restored but my game progress was incorrect. My game progress was before uninstalling was 789 but after reinstalling it was 332. He explained that this was because my game was corrupted at 332. He assured me that this could be fixed. That was several days ago. I have since contacted support and related my current problem. I used "game is not working" and as a sub issue, "missing items". I have yet to received a response from support that addresses the current issue... incorrect game progress since the reinstall. I believe I have sent the appropriate information. Can you check with Sukanta who has the original concern and the timeline on all the communication. Thanks for your interest. I hope someone will figure out how to restore my progress.
