I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Just wondering and would like to make sure... are you having this issue in Candy Crush game?
1) I am asking so because, I have never received any rewards after completing hard or super hard levels
2) Also, I have not heard of getting gifts for scoring 200 points too!!

Yes it's the Candy Crush game
It's the same department spinning wheel where you get daily spin and treat calender bonus

If you are missing some challenges you used to have, I recommend disconnecting and reconnecting the game from Facebook/King account and if you're still having issues, play a couple of the regular levels to see if that helps to trigger the challenges again.

I'm having the same problem. I play on my mobile device (android) and I have updated the newer version but thet have disappeared. Please help to get them back. I miss these challenges to get the power ups to help me advance.
