Facebook friends on level 1

It’s been a few weeks that my friends on Facebook ,not all friends , are on level 1 which is not true . They are 5000+ and that’s very annoying . I tried every step that help suggests

That current level tab doesn't seem to be working - I'll check this with our technical team but in the meantime I don't recommend any further troubleshooting but to wait for the next game app update. Thanks for your patience!

15 days have passed since last advise! Any new actions for me ? Problem not fixed . My friends are still on level 1 but not for real

My friend alkistis , evi , Yolanda , Gina , dimitris Ευαγγελία they are all connected to fb and have played last 24 for sure ! Update needed and a communication with apple and iOS . Very disappointing nothing happened last month

Your game is probably not fully connected to the server.Check out the steps below and let me know.
Check app update > Log out game > Restart device > Open game & Log in.

I did that many times ! Problem not fixed . Use iOS fyi

Did that many times but nothing happened ... I use iOS fyi . I also erased full game and download it again and connect but nothing again plus that I lost all my helps

Your app is probably corrupted.😭
Uninstall game app > Restart device > Install game app > Open game & Log in
To do this you will lose all stored boosters.

Music event ended early?
Why? Does this happen often. I was getting into playing the game but not so sure if I'll be playing anymore.

My music event isn't showing up anymore. There's still 14 hours left and I've almost completed it. I need help please

what happened to the music event? I completed my last but one tape and did not get it. I had only one more tape to go. This is very frustrating and might be my last time playing candy crush
Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
