Has anyone ever hit the Jackpot spinning wheel?

I know no one who has hit it. It always has a little catch once you press stop. You try to slow it or spin a little faster still won't hit Jackpot. Is this game rigged?

Wow took me 2 years to hit the jackpot ...thought it would never happen !

I have been playing Candy crush for many years and am currently on level 4854 but have NEVER hit jackpot on the daily wheel... Nor have I ever met anyone who has hit it... What's the point in having that as an option when no-one will ever get it?2
