please is the game ID same or the email ID is different from Facebook ID

yes, but that was my old Facebook account which I don't have access to anymore, so I want the game to be synced with my new Facebook account

Thanks for the screenshots. According to your screenshot I can see that your game was already synced to a facebook. But you are logged into another new Facebook account in your device and the game is now connected to it.
If so, let me know.

You'll be able to sync the game with Facebook or the Kingdom for single time. Show me a screenshot of your game map.
