The bag is for the end of episode rewards. This means you won't get the bonus Gold Bars immediately but after your episode is finished.0

It doesn't matter. The extra gold bars are never awarded. I have the same number of gold bars after purchase if I use the purchased gold bars for something. Even if I don't, if I started with 5 gold bars, bought 10, was awarded 2, I still end up with 15, not 17.0
