bsr I followed all the steps you have not indicated but it's the same every time I have the page gifts it blocks all other windows no worries if I wait for a moment the window disappears without me could get the gifts but I can continue to play without problem can be a bugg of the game?

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.

On your computer, open Chrome.

Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click the Advanced link.

Click the Reset button in the pop-up window.

Usually this problem can be for the slow Internet. Check your internet speed or connect to another powerful Wifi. If you have the same problem I would ask you to do some troubleshooting checks.
