Blocked on Level in Candy Crush for 2 months

I have been blocked for 2 months on Candy Crush. Repeatly asked for support and all I get is an automated email to go to facebook and try these steps. Six times I have received these messages. They don't work. Also my screen has underscore marks on all the games which never appeared before. What the heck is going on

    You have playing this game through the browser on the Kingdom platform. In fact it is an old platform and there is no new features updated in the game. And King is not working on that platform. In the old game, The ticket was prevalent for unlocking episodes. But in the present, These options are not active in game. But it still available on old kingdom platform. Not only you, There all kingdom platform user facing this problem. 
    Anyway, We heard there was some problem that you described.And we already reported it. But we have no information about when this problem can be solved.
    During this time you can sync the game with Facebook and play on a more advanced platform. Your Booster and Levels will remain the same.

    I sinked with Facebook and I lost my log in for King 3387924260 and now have to King10689134183. I am still blocked on 260 (for now 3 months) and they changed it after logging into facebook to 183. So now I have triplicates.!! Very frustrating.
    Plus I use to have a game ending in 51 which they changed to the 183......Beginning to think this is all about"Money" if you want to progress you need to buy,buy,buy. Think I'm done with this game. Anyone know how to change my names to corresponding emails (I have three) with King numbers (were 3 different ) now they are all the same ending with the 260 number and all have three different emails.  I'm so frustrated.

    Perhaps you are unable to sync the game with Facebook, because you can sync the game to Facebook once from Kingdom.If you want to sync the current game to Facebook, you will need to create another Facebook.

    But how do I get my old king account/names back. I tried changing them in avitar and it changes it but doesn't save it.
    Each account has a separate email account. Sorry for the confusion but I never had a problem before and they were all played on king.com....I don't have a problem with Papa Pear or Farm Heroes....I get lives and can go on to other levels .But
    Candy Crush is just stuck on that level

    Hi @sseverens, welcome to our community.  I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here.  We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.

    There are too many glitches going on with king.com so can you play your game elsewhere?  What is happening is that king.com uses programming codes with the help of Adobe Flash.  Adobe is fading it out and by the end of next year it will be gone.  Because of this King has already changed to HTML5 if you play directly through Facebook or Windows 10 or mobile devices.  Can you play the game elsewhere?
