I've overwritten my save :(

Today I wanted to sync my progress on my android phone with the ipad. Unfortunately I've overwritten my save with the data from my ipad is there any way i can recover my android data? My user id is 7628349318 - please help

I think the best way to handle this is to get your user ID # by following the steps on here.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

Just tell them what level you want. And then can then move everything to that level.

No... actually i was on level 9 n 5 6 levels ahead of it were locked other than that all the levels were unlocked till the level 901.. i am still facing the same problem. .. tried everything i was told but didnt work. .. i was on 2100 level. Btw i connected my game with another facebook account from which i ve never played candy crush saga and im on 1600 some level.. i was on this level when I started playing on this device.

I have lost the levels, i changed my phones battery and when i started candy crush saga i was on level 9, then i delete my fb app clear cache n logon to fb on chrome, clear data n reinstall candy crush saga app, connect to fb this time i was on level 5 n has option to play 900 some levels... what do i do please help
