I was charged $19.99 but never received the coins. I would like a refund please

Refund of 19.99 for in app purchase and never received the coins due to billing problem. Changed the card and still didn’t get the coins. Would like a refund

As of late yesterday afternoon a new method was set up. Please get your user ID # by following the steps from here. Once you have it then you will click on the icon on the bottom right, give them your number and explain what happened and they can offer you help.

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
