Why isn't Booster Wheel working?

Hi,
I was wondering if you can help me and tell me why Booster Wheel isn't working? It's been like that for over two weeks. In Att are pictures. Pc user, Windows 10.

    Hello @Dragica and welcome to our community.  Thank you for the screenshots. Is everything else in the game working?  It appears that the free spin  booster wheel for extra moves isn't loading.  Do all of the other events work ok (like the daily calendar or the free booster spinning wheel)?  Have you updated your game to the most recent version, cleared your cache and then restarted your computer?  You mentioned that you play on a PC and WIN 10 - do you know your user ID?  This link  can help you get your ID if you don't know how:
