I did not receive the 50 gold bars that you get after finishing the first episode for the first time and I'm on level 21. Is there any way I can get them? @QueenMia

    Hello @Faith_White Hearty Welcome to the Candy Friends section of our friendly King Community :) 

    Is your Gold Bar count 0 currently, because you have not received any after downloading the game?  Or were you supposed to receive an extra 50 GB?   

    I have started my game more than a year ago!  Hence, I do not remember exactly when we will receive those 50 GB!! 

    Can you please post back?  Thank you!

    I did receive the 50 gold for downloading the game. I have 10 gold right now because I won two episode games.

    But, I am glad to know that you have received the initial 50 GB which you were supposed to receive after downloading the game!

    Please be patient with me as I would like to take more info to clear the issue and send the proper assistance you need!  By any chance, are you talking about the original Candy Crush game OR the Candy Soda game?

    Because, we do not have the "Episode Race" feature in the Candy Friends game yet and you have posted in Candy Friends category!

    Because you have addressed QueenMia in your main post, I got confused!!  She takes care of Candy Friends game, but not Candy Crush!  It is OK, like I said above, I will direct you to the proper assistance :+1:  

    Can you please answer few more questions? 
    1)  What device are using to play the game?
    2) Are you logged in through Facebook OR Kingdom account? 
    3) When did you download the game?

    Oh I’m sorry! I am using a iphone. I’m logged in through my kingdom account and I downloaded the game a couple of days ago.
