I am unable to receive or send lives.  I see several people have having this issue but am unable to find any answers to questions.  Please help

    The last few days we have all been facing such problems, but this should not be the problem right now. I will need some more information to answer you so please help me with the correct information.
    What device are you using for the game?
    Did you connect the game to Facebook or the Kingdom?
    Let me know, I'll ask you to do some troubleshooting checks.
