For the last two weeks, i am unable to spin the booster wheel for extra lives or goodies. What is the problem? It has slowed me down a great deal.

    Did you connect the game to Facebook or the Kingdom?
    What your Game app version?
    Is your Avatar and Gold bars in the right place?
    Show me a screenshot of your game map.

    I use a cellphone to play candy crush. 

    I connected through the app and the app is version 4.6.

    My avatar and gold bars are correctly placed. 

    I am at level 2344

    My booster wheel hasn't worked since summer.  It just says loading... indefinitely.  Also,  when I try to use my gold bars to purchase something, it says contacting store, but it never connects.  I am on an Android phone.
