Why don't I ever get the free time I am awarded?

Each time I am awarded free time, the game stops when I've used up my 5 games. This has been happening for quite a while. Even when I exit the game and go back in, I still get a message that I have to wait 30 minutes before my next game even though there is time on the clock. Can someone help with this?

Hi there!
What you mean is a time-limited booster and has nothing to do with life. That means you can use this booster for an hour. But only if you have life. It is therefore ineffective. I feel the same way very often. Unfortunately it is because the boosters come randomly and you cannot do anything about them.

Hi again @Cindiluhoo As @Spinnifix said you got one hour of free coloring bomb booster. On your second screenshot number of lives is 0 which is shown on the red heart. When you don't have any more lives, you are not able to play the game. The booster you got can only be used only for one hour but if you don't have more lives it will disappear after the time is up. If you had been given free lives, the countdown would have been shown on a red heart showing how much life you have. I hope this makes sense. Keep crushing 🍭

Hi @Cindiluhoo and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am not sure what exactly are you trying to say. Do you get unlimited lives for a certain amount of time but you still can't play the game? It would be great if you could take a screenshot. If you don't know how to do it, follow the instructions on the link below.

Hello @Cindiluhoo and welcome to our friendly community. I assume you are talking about the 5 lives you start out with when you play the game? Once you have used all 5 lives they take time to regenerate. Each life takes 30 minutes to regenerate unless you have friends who can send you lives (or you can sometimes pay to get more lives). So if you used up all your lives, exiting the game and coming right back into it will not cause the lives to generate any faster.

Thanks for the input. I'm still confused about this. This doesn't make any sense to me. In the past, the free time would override whether you had lives or not. If you ran out of lives, you would be able to keep playing until the time expired. That's how it's supposed to work. At least it worked that way in the past.
