    Hello everyone - the studio released a fix at 6 pm Central European time 9 Jan 2020 and it appears that  @"Fröschli" no longer has the problem.  But two other people in different threads say they still have a problem.  If you still do too @Albert_Heinrich, can you please comment with the make/model and software version of the platform you are playing on (As @Sukanta_Biswas requested above).  Also can you please tell me whether you used any boosters to collect the keys (like a hammer) and also provide your game ID? "Find Game ID Number"  This information will help the studio troubleshoot further.
