So, could you please try to reinstall the app once more and then try to login and see if it works now after the reset they did.

@Crazy Cat Lad , I finally got my games working. I decided to try going back to my old password and it worked. Everything is back like it never had a problem. Might be some kind of bug you can pass along to the techs. Changing a password is a pretty big deal if you know it is compromised. Anyway, just happy to have my levels back! If they figure out why the password change cause the issue I would love to know how.
