I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
Hi guys!
The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

I'm facing the same problem, still have a message in "Your messages" when I restart the Candy Crush
I am getting the same requests again and again?
Even if I approve life request, whenever I open candycrush app I am getting same requests again and again. Even if I try opening app after every 5-10 min, I am getting samr requests again.

Unfortunately, it's a known issue since I had it yesterday too. I had already passed it on. Just don't know if something will be done. Please be patient.

You can stop getting the Notifications, but you can't stop the request for live's.You're getting more live requests from a specific friend, and if you want to stop it, then you have to unfriend him from your Facebook friends list.๐

I always will be on a roll. Killing every level without dying. Do this for about 13 or more levels then I get stuck. And it eats all my life's and boosters ๐ญ

This is something The King constantly working to improve, however it does also rely on some factors which are outside our control, such as linked social media networks and internet providers.ย

I keep getting the exact same 13 requests for a life from the same three people in the exact same order multiple times per day and getting virtually no lives in return. I have even done a hard reset on my phone. No response to my requests for help with this issue. I used to have a lot of friends but now are gone from my game but I know they are still playing
If you logged on with your Facebook then your Facebook friends will only show on your and if their names keep popping up then they press the ask button that pops up everything requesting to send lives,If you ask for lives then they will receive your message and hopefully send a life that's the only way you get lives from your friends is if you ask nd they send but most of the time people won't send
I am having the same problem. Everytime I play I have over 20 life requests but am rarely getting a life sent to me. I will send all the lives but I will play 20 minutes or so later and have the same thing. Multiple life requests from friends but they aren't sending them back to me. Been like this for a few days; definitely feels like a glitch.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncingโฆ
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
