Sorry to hear that you aren't able to play Candy Crush Saga Level 3201 .
For this, just login to your King Account in your game.
Then Just Try Updating game from-
Google Play Store/Amazon App Store/Samsung Galaxy Store if you use Android Device,
iOS App Store if you use iOS device,
Windows Store if you use Windows Device.
If that doesn't helps, try uninstalling the game and then installing the Game again for your device from above given stores to get latest version. Note that before uninstalling just make sure that you login to King Account to save your game. Also, if you are having boosters then you will loose them by doing this because they are saved locally on your device and after uninstalling, all data gets deleted. If that doesn't help then Comment on it. We will provide you a solution to it for sure.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Can you please clarify in which game you are having this issue? Is it Candy Crush OR Candy Crush Soda?
Also, I would like to know few more details...
1) what device are you using to play the game?
2) If you are using PC, are you playing on King.Com?
3) Will it be possible for you post a screenshot?

In the screen shot it seems to be level 6301 and not 3201. Please check all the info here about that level.
