Life requests stay in mailbox/ Lives do not get sent or received

This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!

Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.

Hi guys!

The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.

Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.

This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.

I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

Why won’t the lives in my inbox clear, it’s adding more the next day

Whenever I ask for lives from any or all of my friends I never get any back from any of them. Are they not receiving the request or is it really possible that none of my friends send lives? Weird.

So can I get different friends that do send lives, like I do?

Yes me too. I don’t think it ever sends anyone my requests. I never get any lives from anyone else. Maybe we should be friends and we can send each other lives.. lol 😆

Life requests remain in my inbox, even after I have fulfilled them, and even from friends from facebook I have unfriended. At the same time, friends keep sending me lives but I don't receive them.

Hi. You have to add friends on facebook who also play the game. They will show up in the game automatically.

In candy crush saga friends ask for lives. I received a check mark saying sent but when I leave game and renter. The request is still there.

Actually there have been a lot of issues related to Lives, for the past 2 weeks and work is underway to fix the problems. If your problem has been around for a long time, I would ask you to do some troubleshooting checks.
If your problem started a few days ago, I would urge you to wait a bit.

There is an issue in our favorite game "Candy Crush Saga" itself!!

The mailbox is creating some issues from past couple of weeks. The Lives will not be sent and those messages will not get cleared from the mailbox either!! Some players are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.

The issue was already escalated to the Candy Crush Studio and they are looking for a fix! Hopefully, it will be here with the next update

Lives problem is a known issue.
Our technicians have now isolated the cause of the fault and are creating a fix which will be available in a game update, version number (1.171), coming soon.
Please make sure that you have your device set to automatically update apps, so it can be downloaded as soon as it becomes available.🙂

so basically I redownloaded the game since it was glitching.I then I logged in however the lvls have gone back around 4 and it won't update
